Undercurrents (UK, to be confirmed) is one of the first video magazine networks that still exists and that distributes its work world-wide on compilation tapes. / Primitivi (Fr) is a group from France that literately squats the local television to broadcast their shows. / Zalea TV (Fr) is an autonomous television that, during some months at least, distributed programs by cable in France.
