Since 1978, the Oberhausen Short Film Festival has had a mission to
delight the souls of the young with inventive creations for kids. In the
program you will discover the kleptomaniac destiny of a girl in search of
carrots; the invisible anxiety of being reduced to the size of a thumb;
the difficult transition into adolescence; and a play on space, time, and
color for the benefit of your dilated pupils!
